Program Expectations
The Jr. Griffins Football Club is committed to excellence and respect for everyone involved in our program. To facilitate this mission, we have outlined a list of five key expectations for players, parents, and coaches. Failure to meet these expectations may result in reduced playing time or other consequences.

Show respect and sportsmanship to all coaches, teammates, opponents, and officials
-
Attend all practices, games, and team events unless excused in advance by the coaches
-

-
Take responsibility for personal equipment and uniforms
Parent/Guardian Expectations

Ensure your child attends practices and games on time and is fully equipped for success
-
Support your child with positive encouragement and avoid negative or critical comments.
-
Respect the decisions of the coaches and notify them promptly if any issues arise, such as player injuries, absences, or concerns
-
Understand that consistent attendance at practice is required for your child to develop the skills necessary to excel on the field and earn playing time during games
-
Volunteer, if possible, to help with team events (e.g., fundraising, snack duty, game setup)
Coaching Staff Expectations

Teach fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a fun and uplifting manner
